Goodbye, HCG. It's been good knowing you!
I will post a pic as soon as I combine looking cute with an adult capable of taking the pic. I have reached my goal and I'm hovering right around 148 pounds. During this last 30 day round, I tried to follow all of Dr. Orchard's tweaks and I saw really good results. I lost 18 pounds and 22.75 inches. I think it will be somewhat of a fight to stay this low, but I am willing to do it. I just need to train my system that this is it. In fact, the great news is that a couple of nights ago I tried on my wedding dress and I zipped it right up. I feel great and in control. Pics soon.

Hi Katie. I start my VLCD tomorrow and stumbled across your blog. very inspiring an you look great!! thanks for logging your journey publicly!
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon, Katie...I stumbled across your blog and read it all! It helped to read about the struggles and triumphs. I started my "loading day" today and will begin the VLCD on Wednesday. I am determined to make this work; I haven't been this heavy since I delivered my twin boys eight years ago!!! (A little prayer doesn't hurt either). Thanks again for being such an inspiration.
ReplyDeleteDear Katie, Your blog has been inspiring me a lot for a long time .Finally I did the HCG weight Loss program with Amaya Antiaging and Weight Loss Clinic in Katy Tx and like you said Its about descipline and motivation . The staff of this clinic was very helpful and supported me throughout the program . I lost 36 lbs in 40 days and have not gained any of it back despite of the fact that its been more than 4 months now sice I finished my program. If your blog was not there I wouldnt have even thought of the program but the clinic made it super easy for me and was very affordable too. Thanks again
ReplyDeleteDue to positive and fast results many people try to help HCG for weight loss. In the process, they see that the hormone helps to redesign their bodies as well.
