1. Going through my mom's closet and having a whole new wardrobe!
2. My dimples come back. The thinner my face, the bigger my dimples.
3. Feeling comfortable in cute clothes (not dying to get home and in my sweats.)
4. BUCKLE JEANS.... can't wait for Christmas.
5. Feeling my butt bones when I sit on a hard chair. A little reminder that I've worked my butt off.
Just to name a few. :) Sweet satisfaction. (I'm thinking another round might do me good in January...)

ok sooo I'm thinking of doing it for 14 days....do you think that will be long enough? I really want to try it but it's SO HARD to do while traveling. How do you think your last round went when you did it shorter?
ReplyDeleteI was more in the zone for my first round of 40 days. In some ways it was easier than the short round. I felt more desperate and more committed. And I actually did a weekend in park city on the diet. Not fun, but I survived. BTW::: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
