A Record (Mine is this blog, but a little notebook or a calendar would work, It's important to record your progress and your mood and feelings so you can track everything. This way you'll be able to look back and see your successes and mistakes.)
Disposable Gloves (annoying, but I can testify they make a difference.)
Mineral Powder Foundation (again, the oil-based liquid stuff will stall your weight loss)
Johnson and Johnson Baby Lotion (no animal fats)
Organic/Vegan soap or bodywash
Organic/Vegan Shampoo & Conditioner (I used L'Oreal EverPure, but just look for anything that specifies it does not contain animal by-products.)
A digital food scale (make sure it will measure in grams)
A digital scale (mine monitors gains and losses for 4 users and measures to the tenth of a pound)
